It's amazing how excited everyne gets over a few free agent signings. I could see if a team is a player or two away from being a Super Bowl contender, but you can't build your whole team around free agency. Hello Chicago. Hello Detroit.
Without draft picks in the first two rounds of this year's draft, I can see how Chicago needs to do something, but the Bears may have overpaid for Julius Peppers and Chester Taylor. I guess only time will tell.
