Spring officially started today

As I'm writing this, I am listening online to the Milwaukee Brewers' spring training opener agaainst the San Francisco Giants. That means one thing is official - it's spring. The most amazing thing about today's gaame is that Jeff Suppan did not allow a run in two innings of work. It's also noteworthy that the Giants still carry a grudge. Last year, Prince Fielder homered against them late in the season in Milwaukee and when he was greeted at home plate by his teammates, they fell down like bowling pins as he jumped up and into them as he touched the plate. Get over it San Francisco. It was a classic celebration.
